there is a packaged mix for cinnamon buns that my mom made yester day. i ate one for breakfast yesterday and today. at lunch both days my blood sugar has been low. does anyone have ideas on how that might be caused?
Did you do a test two hours after eating? If I have a meal lacking in protein and/or fibre, my sugar will often spike after eating and be lower before my next meal. Without that after-breakfast blood test though, it may just look like your sugar has been dropping all morning. If all you ate was the cinnamon bun, you could maybe add some milk or cheese to the mix and see if that makes a difference.

ive had a glass of milk with it both mornings and this morning i also had a piece of toast with peanut butter. thats why it is so concerning to me. and i do not test 2 hours after eating. i had lunch about 2 or 3 hours after breakfast.
