Glucometer Cases

Has anyone ever made a glucometer case? I want to make my own but I'm not sure how to do it...

What do you mean?? People have fancy ones?? Lol I am so out of the loop. I'm the only one I know that has Type 1 Diabetes in my area so I'm not sure what the latest fashions are, hahaha. My little sister loves making things out of duct tape, though! maybe I can ask her to make one for me :-D

Yeah, I was looking online and there is a place that sells them (http://www.dittibags.com/). I want one that's a little more suited to my needs and I really liked one of them, but it's $30.00. So I decided to see if I could make it. I love to sew, so I'm hoping it's not difficult.

hey I just recently got a vera bradley bag to hold my meter, strips, lancet device and lancets, a couple syringes, extra infusion site, my notebook, a calorie king book, batteries, and some prep wipes! it works perfectly and it is super cuteee!! it is a "Medium Cosmetic Bag"..it has two mesh pockets and a zipper pocket inside so it works really well for holding all my litttle odds and ends. I got it for a birthday present but I believe it was only $20...not so bad. I didn't get it on the vera bradley website though..I think it was ebags.com or something..it was cheaper.

The only thing I don't like about cosmetic cases is that there isn't a specific place for a glucometer so I can just leave it in there when I test. That's why I'm looking into making one. Use some of my creative juices :)
