Indications of a non-working pancreas

(annalia) #1

My daughter will be having her 1 year ann. since dx on Feb. 15th.  Her numbers have been going high the past couple of days.  She is not sick and I don't think she is stresses out about anything.  Can anyone tell me if this is a sign that her pancreas is not working as much as it was or can it be something else?

She is on the pump.  If anyone can give any advice on what they did once the pancreas was not working anymore.

Thanks

I would check with your Endo. Maybe she has ended her honeymoon stage or could just be a growth spurt. I know hormones play a huge role in bg.
