Do you put the air in the bottle each injection or just "vent" once a week?
Each injection we pump the bolus we are going to deliver "in air" back into the bottle and then retrieve the bolus of insulin. Basically you want to keep away from having negative pressure inside the bottle. When too much negative pressure builds up you will see that the syringe will be hard to pull back on. Thankfully I know this from years of delivering allergy injections to myself. This has come to be very helpful during the diabetes training with Connor.

Well I will continue with the air...even though I do not think that my daycare lady does it all the time. Sort of on same topic, have you guys found it hard to measure half units sometimes?
There are half unit syringes out there. Definately air in fluid out each time. Safer.
