Hello, my name is Meghan Caswell-Pohl and I have been a type 1 diabetic for 14 years. I am a student at Central Michigan University and am interested in learning how to help children and adolescents with diabetes. My project is trying to measure the amount of peer support that adolescents with diabetes receive. You will also be asked to nominate a friend to participate in the study. All of your information will be kept confidential and in a secure, locked storage unit. As a token of appreciation for your participation, you will receive a gift certificate.
