Perpetual Lows

For the past 3 days, I haven't been able to hold my BS over 90 for more than an hour. This is really quite annoying because I can't exercise or rest in peace. Anyone else have this problem? I never have in 6 1/2 years, except for the few days that I'm on the iPro for my doctor to see how my body acts naturally. I know my carb ratios and sensitivity are right, so it's not that. I can't do anything drastic now, but any food suggestions for future reference?

That's happened to me. Usually I lower my basal dose (I'm on Lantus, so i'll lower it from 20u to 18u) for those days. It sucks, because eventually I'll come back up (usually 2-3 days later) and i'll be in the 140s for a day until I go back to my regular dose.

Eating protein might help keep your levels stable.
