Layered Potato Stew

You will need a slow cooker/ crockpot

Vegetables needed

8-10 potatoes sliced

1 large onion or leek sliced

2 carrots sliced

half a cup of frzn corn

half cup frzn peas

Sauce

3 cups chopped tomatoes *or* 2 cups + 1 cup tomato sauce

1tsp thyme

1tsp dry mustard

1tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (yes cinnamon)

2tbsp parsley flakes

Layer vegetables in the order given.

Mix sauce together then pour over vegetables.

Cook

on high for six hours or on low for ten to twelve hours.

Enjoy

Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

    * 1 1/2 mashed bananas
    * 1/2 cup applesauce
    * 1/2 cup sugar
    * 1 cup flour
    * 1 dash salt
    * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    * 1 cup raisins and or chocolate chips
    * 3/4 cup oatmeal

Directions

   1.
    
      Blend first 2 ingredients.
   2.
   
      Add dry ingredients.
   3.
  
      Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Alright it has been a little over three hours since eating the cookies from above and I have a really high sugar and heart burn. I know remember why I only make pie. These cookies were good when I was eating them but not so much after that...you know. Yuck anyway not really worth it.

I will have to put up my pie recipes for everyone...now those are good :)
